Job Summary
To support data-driven decision-making in the U.S. Consumer Marketing team, the full-time Manager of Experimentation Analytics will execute and scale experimentation initiatives, optimize acquisition strategies, and enhance customer experience through analytical insights while collaborating with cross-functional partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an experimentation roadmap aligned to acquisition growth and customer value
- Translate business questions into testable hypotheses in partnership with CXO analytics stakeholders
- Analyze campaign and experiment performance, delivering insights and actionable recommendations
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing and measurement
- Strong analytical skills with knowledge of statistics or quantitative methods
- Proficiency in querying large data sets using programming languages such as Python, Hive, or SQL
- Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
