Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of External Reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and review of external financial reports for bond holders
• Maintaining documentation for SOX compliance and monitoring new accounting pronouncements
• Liaising with external auditors and assisting with technical accounting work

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred
• 6-8 years of experience in industry or public accounting
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
• Proficiency in Workiva and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
• Familiarity with SAP Group Reporting and Hyperion (HFM) is a plus
