Manager of Field Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Field Engineering to lead and scale their team of Field Engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the hiring, onboarding, and development of Field Engineers and Implementation Coordinators
• Manage the P&L for field operations, including budget management and resource forecasting
• Standardize installation procedures and act as the escalation point for complex technical issues

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing technical field teams
• Proven project management skills with experience in managing multiple deployment projects
• Experience in industrial environments such as manufacturing, food & beverage, or pharma
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems
