Manager of Financial Analysis

Job Summary

To support the Global Finance organization, the full-time Manager of Financial Analysis will oversee financial reporting and business support, utilizing strong accounting expertise and data visualization tools like Power BI to enhance decision-making and drive business results.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor financial information for accuracy, explain trends and variances, and recommend actions to address risks or opportunities
• Lead monthly P&L reviews and serve as the primary point of contact for financial reporting questions, ensuring clarity and timeliness of information
• Develop and maintain reporting tools, including Power BI dashboards, while providing training and support to associates on effective tool usage

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices with strong business acumen
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, along with advanced experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI
• Experience in a complex, service-intensive, deadline-driven environment
