Manager of Financial Innovation

Job Summary

To support a strategic transformation plan, the full-time Manager of Financial Innovation will lead finance transformation initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop actionable recommendations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in finance transformation projects from assessment through implementation, ensuring success through key metrics and risk mitigation
• Drive coordination within Finance and the broader organization to align the Financial Roadmap with operational requirements
• Recommend adjustments to the Roadmap based on best practices and perform cost-benefit analyses on proposed changes

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Business (Finance, Accounting, Economics), Public Health, Public Administration, or Health Administration
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Healthcare Finance, Finance Transformation, Organizational Transformation, or Strategy Consulting
• Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting to various levels of staff
• Proven ability to interface with senior leaders and foster collaboration across departments
