Job Summary

Leading a transformative initiative, the full-time Manager of Financial Learning Solutions will oversee the design, development, and delivery of learning solutions for financial management, managing a team of senior learning experience designers in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, recruit, coach, and develop staff while aligning departmental budget and resource plans with FinLearning strategy
• Guide the evolution of the FinLearning ecosystem by integrating modern learning management systems and AI-assisted tools into a cohesive learning experience
• Own learning management system strategy, including platform evaluation, content governance, and ensuring compliance with accessibility standards

Required qualifications

• Advanced degree in instructional design, learning science, or educational psychology is preferred
• Experience leading a learning management system implementation or migration
• Familiarity with digital adoption platforms and AI tools in content development
• Product management experience with learning technology
• Experience in change management within a large organization
