Job Summary
Leading operational functions for financial management, the full-time Manager of Financial Operations will oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and homeowner accounting for Homeowners Associations (HOAs) while driving process improvements and technology adoption in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of financial services, ensuring timely completion of requests and monitoring operational KPIs
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring compliance and driving adoption of digital payment methods
- Manage homeowner collections activities and coordinate with internal teams and external partners on financial matters
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in accounting operations, financial services, or HOA management
- Strong knowledge of financial controls, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and collections
- Experience leading operational teams in a high-volume, service-oriented environment
- Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements and operational transformation initiatives
