Manager of Financial Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and review essential data models for financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes
• Lead financial analyses for ARR and related KPIs
• Work cross-functionally to support decision-making with forecasting, planning, reporting, and analytics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields; MBA or CFA is a plus
• 4-6 years of FP&A experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Strong analytical background with a data-driven problem-solving approach
• Experience in building complex models in Excel and Anaplan
• Working knowledge of Enterprise SaaS financial reporting and planning metrics
