Manager of Financial Planning

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and analytical Manager of Financial Planning, this full-time remote position will lead financial planning, forecasting, and workforce capacity planning activities while overseeing a team focused on capacity modeling and financial performance reporting.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage workflow, production, and quality standards for financial planning and forecasting deliverables
• Review and participate in budget and financial forecast processes, including variance analysis
• Develop financial models to support forecasting and business performance analysis, translating operational trends into actionable insights

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in public accounting or a related field
• Previous experience managing cross-functional teams or large-scale projects
• Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
• Fundamental understanding of financial planning systems with advanced Excel or financial modeling experience preferred
