Job Summary

To support a growing line of business, the full-time remote Manager of Financial Solutions will manage sales and relationship management strategies for Financial Institutions and Corporate clients, overseeing a team and driving growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales, relationship management, and retention strategies to achieve strategic goals
• Oversee a team of sales and relationship professionals, managing KPIs and performance objectives
• Regularly report on sales and retention progress to senior management and represent the business at industry events

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
• Typically 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience supervising teams, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to maintain positive client relationships
• Proven strategic thinking and leadership abilities
