Manager of Financial Systems

Job Summary

Owning the enterprise financial systems, the full-time Manager of Financial Systems will manage ERP administration, support, and optimization while collaborating with finance and technology teams to deliver financial systems projects remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day ERP and financial systems administration, including configuration and troubleshooting
• Partner with various stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements for financial systems projects and enhancements
• Define and support financial reporting solutions while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal controls

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field required
• 7+ years of experience in financial systems, ERP ownership, or business analysis required
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP required
• Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience with SQL reporting and business intelligence tools preferred
