Manager of Firm Services
Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the hybrid Manager of Firm Services will develop and oversee firm practice management resources, engage with CPA firms, and represent the organization at conferences and member events.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, update, and manage PCPS firm practice management resources and initiatives
- Support engagement strategies for various CPA firm constituencies and build relationships with firm leaders
- Monitor trends affecting CPA firms and incorporate insights into resource and engagement planning
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of related experience in a CPA or professional services firm
- Public accounting experience with knowledge of CPA client relationships
- Commitment to staying current on issues affecting CPA firms
- Relevant experience at an Association or State CPA Society is considered an alternative qualification
