Manager of FP&A and Accounting

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on and analytical Manager of FP&A and Accounting, this full-time remote position will manage financial operations and strategic planning, including month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes, collaborating with department leaders to create financial and operational plans
• Prepare monthly and quarterly analyses of budget-to-actual and forecast-to-actual figures, identifying variances and trends
• Develop management reporting packages and financial models to enhance visibility into company performance and support strategic decisions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, or FP&A, with exposure to both accounting and financial planning
• Strong understanding of financial statements and experience with month-end close and financial reporting
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
