Key Responsibilities

- Drive fraud prevention strategies by analyzing transaction data and emerging fraud trends
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in fraud investigations, dispute operations, or risk management
- 2+ years of people leadership experience in a high-volume, SLA-driven environment
- Proven experience overseeing fraud and dispute operations, including case management
- Hands-on expertise with transaction monitoring systems and fraud detection tools
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Criminal Justice, or a related field
