Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Manager of Full Stack Engineering, this hands-on position involves leading a team of engineers in designing, coding, and delivering solutions within health plan technology environments, while also driving modernization efforts and implementing best practices remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of software engineers through coaching, mentoring, and performance management
- Design, build, enhance, and modernize applications, APIs, and services across multiple technology platforms
- Engage in hands-on software engineering activities, including coding, architecture, debugging, and code reviews
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of software engineering experience building and supporting enterprise applications
- Experience leading or managing software engineers in a technical environment
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft technologies, including .NET/C#, SQL Server, and RESTful APIs
- Experience developing and deploying solutions in Microsoft Azure
