Manager of Global Deal Operations

Job Summary

Leading a global team of deal operations analysts, the full-time Manager of Global Deal Operations will oversee day-to-day deal operations, drive cross-functional initiatives, and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of complex quoting processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the performance, workload, and development of a global team of deal operations analysts
• Ensure the health of daily deal operations, including exception quoting and case management, to meet sales and finance targets
• Lead initiatives to streamline quoting processes and represent the team in cross-functional forums, providing clear recommendations

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in deal desk, deal operations, revenue operations, or quote-to-cash with a strong understanding of CPQ systems
• Demonstrated people-management experience or readiness to step into a leadership role
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions in complex situations
• Strong communication skills to translate technical complexities into actionable insights for senior leaders
• Experience with process improvement and automation to reduce manual overhead
