Job Summary
Leading a high-performing global freelancer recruitment team, the full-time Manager of Global Freelancer Recruitment will optimize sourcing, activation, and performance of freelance QA professionals in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and provide guidance to the recruitment team to meet network growth targets
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment fulfillment and track KPIs to ensure operational efficiency
- Drive process optimization across the talent acquisition lifecycle, focusing on sourcing and onboarding improvements
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in global talent acquisition management or managing freelance talent marketplaces
- Demonstrated experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern sourcing methodologies
- Proven capability in data analytics for monitoring marketplace dynamics and team performance
- Experience in developing talent acquisition strategies and managing recruitment budgets
- Hands-on experience with tools that automate sourcing, vetting, and onboarding processes
