Job Summary
Leading a small HR Operations team, the full-time remote Manager of Global People Operations will oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensure data integrity, drive process improvements, and enhance employee service delivery across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and support HR Operations team members by setting priorities and monitoring service delivery
- Oversee HR systems and data management, ensuring accurate records and effective reporting
- Support employee lifecycle processes, focusing on onboarding, offboarding, and HR service delivery
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or People Operations, preferably in a global environment
- 2+ years of people management or operational oversight experience
- Strong HRIS experience, preferably with Workday
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel reporting
- Understanding of employment laws and HR compliance requirements
