Manager of Global Planning

Job Summary

Leading the Demand and Supply Planning teams, the full-time remote Manager of Global Planning will oversee hardware forecasting processes, ensuring alignment across product lines and collaborating with various departments to meet customer demand while managing inventory and cost objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the global demand forecasting process for hardware products, consolidating inputs from Sales, Product, and Marketing
• Collaborate with Product and NPI Planning to ensure seamless transitions from new product introductions to sustaining planning
• Establish and monitor key planning KPIs, driving improvements in forecast accuracy and operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related analytical field
• 8+ years of experience in demand and supply planning, with at least 3+ years in a managerial role
• Demonstrated experience managing forecasts for complex hardware portfolios across multiple regions
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience in building models and dashboards
• Proven ability to communicate complex data effectively to executive audiences, including risks and opportunities
