Manager of Group Reporting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Group Reporting & Consolidation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation process for 12+ international entities
• Act as the internal subject matter expert for IFRS, preparing technical accounting memos and recommendations
• Oversee local statutory reporting and tax filings, ensuring alignment with group figures

Required Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA, DEC, or equivalent qualified accountant
• 7+ years of experience, ideally with a Big 4 audit background and group reporting in a SaaS or high-growth environment
• Deep expertise in IFRS and complex multi-currency consolidations
• Fluent in English; professional French (B2+) is a significant asset
• A risk-first mindset with the ability to prioritize and build structure in a fast-paced environment
