Job Summary
Leading a team of sales professionals, the full-time remote Manager of Growth Renewals will own a strategic book of business, focusing on securing contract renewals, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and implementing risk management strategies to minimize churn.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a sales team to achieve renewal and expansion objectives
- Manage a strategic portfolio to maximize bookings and drive customer success
- Implement retention strategies for at-risk accounts and maintain accurate forecasting
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of direct renewals sales experience in enterprise software or cybersecurity, with 2+ years in a management role
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and driving renewals and expansion revenue
- Strong experience in managing and coaching sales teams
- Expertise in indirect 2-tier go-to-market models
- Exceptional forecasting and business acumen with the ability to analyze performance metrics
