Managing client performance reporting, the full-time remote Manager of Growth Reporting will translate healthcare performance data into actionable insights and expansion business cases that drive client retention and growth.
Key responsibilities
- Own the creation of client performance reporting packages and performance-review materials based on analytics data
- Translate program performance and value into actionable narratives for health plan and provider executives
- Identify opportunities for wallet-share expansion with existing clients and develop supporting materials
Required qualifications
- Experience in client success, consulting, health plan account management, or program reporting
- Familiarity with claims-based analysis and Medicare reporting
- Ability to build pathology-level value narratives in collaboration with clinical experts
- Strong skills in creating clear and credible presentation materials
- Understanding of value-based care and Medicare programs
