Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a data-informed open market strategy to drive consistent referral volume
• Build and refine a scalable outreach playbook, including community engagement workflows and field enablement tools
• Partner cross-functionally to align priorities and ensure effective execution of community partnership programs

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in growth, outreach, or related fields
• Strong analytical skills with experience in CRM systems and market analytics tools
• Experience influencing cross-functional partners such as Marketing and Market Operations
• Strong project management skills with a focus on action and continuous improvement
• Alignment with the company's purpose and values
