Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of business systems analysts, ensuring goal alignment and performance management
• Design and maintain onboarding and enablement resources for analysts, fostering their development and independence
• Set quality standards for analytical work and ensure consistent handling of shared systems across the team

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing business systems analysts or similar roles
• 5+ years of experience with go-to-market systems, primarily Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Strong analytical capability with hands-on experience in requirements documentation and process design
• Experience in contractor management and SaaS vendor relationships
• Proven ability to develop talent and maintain high performance standards within a team
