Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager III, GTM Systems & Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of Sales Operations Analysts, focusing on performance management and reporting
• Own and optimize GTM process governance, ensuring workflows are efficient and aligned with business objectives
• Maintain accountability for the GTM systems ecosystem, ensuring data integrity and user adoption

Required Qualifications:

• 5-7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Systems management
• Deep expertise in Salesforce CRM and hands-on experience with GTM tools like HubSpot and Outreach
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional projects
• Strong understanding of SaaS GTM processes, including lead management and opportunity progression
• Analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions
