Job Summary
To drive guest frequency and engagement, the full-time remote Manager of Guest Growth Strategy will develop loyalty engagement strategies, audience segmentation, and customer engagement governance while translating guest intelligence into actionable business recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead loyalty engagement, retention, and member growth strategies to enhance guest frequency and lifetime value
- Own audience strategy and personalization initiatives across digital and customer engagement touchpoints
- Develop and govern customer engagement strategies across various channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in loyalty, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or related consumer marketing disciplines
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate guest intelligence into business actions
- Proficiency in developing audience strategies, segmentation frameworks, and retention initiatives
- Demonstrated analytical capabilities to interpret data and develop actionable recommendations
- Experience with customer engagement platforms and marketing automation tools
