Job Summary

Manager of Health Plan Finance, responsible for overseeing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions in a full-time role, ensuring timely processing of vendor invoices, provider claims, and premium billing while driving process improvements and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable/Premium Billing functions
• Manage and develop a team, providing guidance and performance feedback
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and ensure compliance with relevant regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, including management experience
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• MBA preferred and experience in financial analysis in the technology industry
