Job Summary
Managing virtual hiring services, the full-time Manager of Hiring Events will oversee the execution of hiring events, collaborate with host employers and international representatives, and maintain accurate hiring records while working remotely within the Atlantic, Eastern, and Central US Time Zones.
Key responsibilities
- Orchestrate virtual and in-person hiring events, including scheduling and communication with participants
- Provide live technical support during events and ensure completion of pre-interview requirements
- Analyze data to optimize hiring service allocation and report on performance metrics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Two years of experience in a customer-facing or client management role
- Experience in event planning and scheduling, with a preference for virtual event management knowledge
- High level of computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite and advanced Excel
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
