Manager of Hiring Strategy

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Manager of Hiring Strategy will lead a distributed team of Hiring & Internal Mobility Partners, execute global hiring strategies, and manage critical recruitment efforts in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a distributed team of Hiring & Internal Mobility Partners across the U.S. and Costa Rica
• Execute and evolve global hiring strategies while managing a portfolio of strategic searches
• Coach hiring managers and recruiters on best practices and drive internal mobility initiatives

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment leadership and talent strategy development
• Strong background in managing teams and coaching individuals in a recruitment context
• Experience with recruitment systems, particularly Ashby, and a data-driven approach to hiring
• Ability to analyze recruiting trends and operational metrics to guide decision-making
• Familiarity with employer branding and talent attraction strategies
