Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Manager of Hiring Strategy will lead a distributed team of Hiring & Internal Mobility Partners, execute global hiring strategies, and manage critical recruitment efforts in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a distributed team of Hiring & Internal Mobility Partners across the U.S. and Costa Rica
- Execute and evolve global hiring strategies while managing a portfolio of strategic searches
- Coach hiring managers and recruiters on best practices and drive internal mobility initiatives
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment leadership and talent strategy development
- Strong background in managing teams and coaching individuals in a recruitment context
- Experience with recruitment systems, particularly Ashby, and a data-driven approach to hiring
- Ability to analyze recruiting trends and operational metrics to guide decision-making
- Familiarity with employer branding and talent attraction strategies
