Manager of Identity Access Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Identity and Access Management (IAM).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support employees through coaching, training, and performance evaluations
• Implement IAM processes to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and operational needs
• Oversee identity lifecycle activities and administration of privileged access management tools

Required Qualifications

• Proven leadership in IAM within a healthcare or highly regulated environment
• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Health Informatics, or related field
• 5+ years of IAM or IT security experience, with prior leadership experience in healthcare
• Strong knowledge of IAM frameworks and hands-on experience with relevant technologies
• Deep understanding of HIPAA, HITECH, and NIST security frameworks
