Manager of Implementation

Job Summary

Managing a team of technical contributors, the full-time Manager of Implementation will lead the design, development, and implementation of IP and Voice engineering projects while ensuring adherence to budgets and project schedules in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the creation of MOPs and configurations, as well as testing and deployment of IP and Voice equipment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to drive network transformation and improve architectural standards
• Monitor team performance against KPIs and provide operational support on escalated issues

Required qualifications

• Strong knowledge of IP network architecture, platforms, systems, and implementation processes
• Experience managing complex projects requiring cross-organizational coordination
• Proven ability to motivate and develop team members through empowerment and engagement
• Experience in financial controls and oversight of project budgets
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
