Manager of Implementations

Job Summary

Leading a team of Implementation Managers, the full-time Manager of Implementations will provide hands-on coaching and support to ensure clients transition smoothly from signed contracts to full activation, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Implementation Managers through coaching, accountability check-ins, and performance feedback
• Ensure smooth client transitions from discovery through activation and handoff, clarifying team ownership at each stage
• Set and track key performance indicators using dashboards to inform proactive adjustments and drive continuous performance improvements

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing Implementation or Onboarding teams, preferably in tech-enabled or PropTech environments
• Deep experience with high-volume implementations and a strong track record in guiding clients from discovery to activation
• Proven ability to design scalable workflows and deliver exceptional client outcomes on KPIs like activation rates and customer satisfaction
• Experience collaborating across departments such as Sales, Product, Operations, and Customer Success
• Commitment to building inclusive, high-trust teams that balance operational rigor with empathy
