Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Inbound Retention Sales (Remote - Weekend Shift).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team to exceed 60% monthly retention with a targeted book size of 90+ accounts
  • Assist with onboarding, hiring, and developing team members through regular feedback and coaching
  • Manage team performance and improve efficiency by identifying areas for improvement in processes


Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in developing and motivating a team focused on acquisition or retention metrics
  • Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of customer-facing experience required
  • Experience in selling digital products to SMBs is preferred but not required
  • Ability to handle tough conversations with clients and team members professionally
  • Proficiency with internal systems such as Admin, SFDC, Calabrio, and Twilio
