A company is looking for a Manager of Individual Giving.

Key Responsibilities

• Support management of individual donors and prospect pipeline, including strategy development and donor cultivation
• Assist in planning and executing in-person events and digital campaigns
• Oversee gift processing and maintain accurate donor records and analytics

Qualifications & Experience

• A bachelor's degree
• At least five years of professional experience in development or fundraising
• Familiarity with Salesforce or a comparable CRM system
• Experience with online giving platforms
• Comfort working with high net worth and high profile donors
