Job Summary
Leading a team of approximately 60 underwriting professionals, the full-time Manager of Individual Underwriting will drive operational excellence and foster a positive, inclusive culture in a remote environment while navigating organizational change and enhancing customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a customer-focused underwriting team through coaching, collaboration, and accountability
- Monitor operational performance and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships to align priorities and achieve shared organizational goals
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience in call center, customer service, or operations teams
- Proven track record of leading teams through organizational change and transformation
