Key Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains the network management engineering program, focusing on productivity reporting, budget labor setting, and variance analysis
• Manages a team of management engineers, providing feedback and coaching for professional development
• Provides analytical leadership and support to senior management, enabling informed decision-making through data analysis

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Operations Research, Information & Computer Science, Operations Management, or Business Administration
• 5 years of professional experience in improving operations and conducting analytical reviews
• 3 years of direct supervisory experience
• Expert proficiency in MS Office Suite and exposure to statistical analysis software
• ICGB - Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required upon hire
