Manager of Industrial Engineering

Job Summary

Supporting continuous improvement initiatives, the full-time remote Manager of Industrial Engineering will oversee a team, manage complex supply chain projects, and drive performance improvements through data-driven methodologies in the Northeast region.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of continuous improvement engineering and quality professionals, including hiring and performance management
• Lead the development and execution of continuous improvement strategies and key performance indicators, ensuring alignment with business needs
• Provide training and coaching on engineering methods and data analysis to support operational excellence and process improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management; Master's degree preferred
• At least nine years of experience in Distribution, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Transportation, or Supply Chain Logistics
• Expertise in Lean methodologies, data analysis, and engineering functions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Lean Six Sigma certification required; additional certifications in ISO/QMS or APICS preferred
