Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Manager of InfoSec Solutions will oversee SOC audits, manage a high-performing team, and drive innovation in audit technology while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver world-class audits by ensuring the accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of SOC audit reports
• Lead and mentor a team of auditors, fostering a culture of innovation and customer focus
• Drive efficiency by executing and iterating processes for scalable SOC audits without compromising quality

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience performing SOC or related IT audits in an audit or consulting firm
• Deep expertise in SOC 1 and 2 reporting standards
• Familiarity with advanced cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Relevant certifications such as CPA, CISSP, CISA, or equivalent
• Proven ability to manage and mentor teams while achieving cross-functional goals
