Manager of Infrastructure

Job Summary

To lead the evolution of cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices, the full-time remote Manager of Infrastructure will guide infrastructure architecture, modernize the Azure environment, and develop systems and automation for reliable software delivery while managing a small team and collaborating with cross-functional leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for cloud infrastructure modernization, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability
• Advance infrastructure automation and CI/CD practices to improve deployment capabilities and software quality
• Evaluate and integrate AI-powered technologies to enhance product offerings and internal operations

Required qualifications

• Experience leading and developing technical teams in a cloud infrastructure environment
• Proficiency in designing and supporting secure, scalable cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure
• Knowledge of infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code
• Technical curiosity with a focus on emerging technologies and AI integration
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills to balance technical and business requirements
