Manager of Infrastructure

Job Summary

To lead the evolution of cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices, the full-time remote Manager of Infrastructure will guide infrastructure architecture, modernize the Azure environment, and build systems that enhance software delivery while developing a small team and collaborating with cross-functional leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for cloud infrastructure modernization, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability
• Advance infrastructure automation and CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment capabilities and operational efficiency
• Evaluate and integrate AI-powered technologies to enhance product offerings and internal operations

Required qualifications

• Experience leading and developing technical teams with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement
• Proven expertise in designing and supporting secure, scalable cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure
• Background in building infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate technical and business requirements and recommend practical solutions
• Ability to build collaborative relationships and effectively communicate complex technical concepts across teams
