Manager of Infrastructure Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers, the full-time Manager of Infrastructure Engineering will oversee the establishment of data center and POP design standards, validate innovative products and tools, and implement best practices in a hybrid or remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee testing and validation of new products, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Review and update design standards and create standard engineering templates for the infrastructure engineering team
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and develop plans to realize them while ensuring optimal processes and redundancy

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data center/central office design and management within telecommunications environments
• Working knowledge of AC/DC power systems, data center infrastructure, and their operation and maintenance
• Strong project management capabilities with experience managing multiple concurrent projects
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• Datacenter design certifications strongly preferred
