Manager of Initiatives and Innovation
Job Summary
To support early-stage product discovery and innovation efforts, the full-time remote Manager of Initiatives and Innovation will manage the development of business cases, facilitate workshops, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive alignment on new product concepts and strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and refine business cases for new products and initiatives by evaluating desirability, feasibility, and viability
- Lead ideation, design sprints, and collaborative sessions to explore new product concepts and define solutions
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to shape opportunity direction and support business intelligence activities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in new product development or product management/marketing
- Experience in the education, assessment, or legal industry preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience in project or program management and leading cross-functional teams preferred
