Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager- Innovation & Commercialization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and facilitate innovation workshops and strategic working sessions with pharmaceutical partners
• Conduct structured analysis of partner feedback, market trends, and product performance
• Develop business cases, pilot frameworks, and commercialization materials for go-to-market initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in management consulting, pharma services, strategy, product development, or healthcare analytics
• Experience supporting innovation or commercialization initiatives strongly preferred
• Exposure to pharmaceutical data, analytics solutions, or commercial strategy is a plus
• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
