Manager of Insights

Job Summary

Leading the Insights Onboarding team, the full-time Manager of Insights will drive analytics-driven customer implementations and operational excellence while collaborating cross-functionally to support strategic initiatives related to reporting and data visualization.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer success through implementation and post-launch support
• Develop and optimize internal tools and processes, focusing on reporting and visualization-related operational changes
• Mentor team members and manage day-to-day execution of workloads while ensuring adherence to company processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Experience in healthcare operations, workforce management, or analytics-related products
• Proficiency with data analytics tools such as PowerBI or Tableau and familiarity with querying languages like SQL
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience with implementations, process development, or supporting new product launches
