Job Summary
Leading the Insights Onboarding team, the full-time Manager of Insights will drive analytics-driven customer implementations and operational excellence while collaborating cross-functionally to support strategic initiatives related to reporting and data visualization.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer success through implementation and post-launch support
- Develop and optimize internal tools and processes, focusing on reporting and visualization-related operational changes
- Mentor team members and manage day-to-day execution of workloads while ensuring adherence to company processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Experience in healthcare operations, workforce management, or analytics-related products
- Proficiency with data analytics tools such as PowerBI or Tableau and familiarity with querying languages like SQL
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience with implementations, process development, or supporting new product launches
