Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of data analysts, ensuring accountability and performance
• Oversee data structure, integrity, and visualization, while reviewing analysts' work for accuracy
• Conduct advanced data analytics and present findings to executive leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
• At least 5 years of data analytics experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing a team of data professionals
• Minimum 2 years of experience with the Zoho Analytics platform
• Ability to work independently and prioritize workflow effectively
