Manager of Insights and Solutions
Job Summary
To support the development of data-driven insights and analytical tools, the full-time Manager of Insights and Solutions will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams in a fully remote capacity, focusing on research strategies and translating data into actionable insights within the medical aesthetics and specialty practice space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and deploy research, analytics, and scalable resources
- Partner with stakeholders to understand evolving business needs and recommend scalable analytical or reporting solutions
- Utilize AI-enabled tools to enhance analytical outputs and support the development of scalable resources and deliverables
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 3-5+ years of experience in analytics, research, consulting, or project-based roles
- Experience developing reporting frameworks to support business decision-making and analytical models
- Strong proficiency in Excel and analytical tools, including experience building models and dashboards
- Experience with survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics) for survey design, deployment, and reporting preferred
