Job Summary
Leading the negotiation and management of complex commercial agreements, the full-time remote Manager of Institutional Contracts will serve as a trusted advisor to various stakeholders while driving operational excellence and enhancing contracting practices across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the negotiation, drafting, and execution of complex commercial agreements, including transformational and consortial agreements
- Advise stakeholders on contract strategy, risk assessment, and negotiation approaches to support revenue growth
- Develop and implement contracting standards and workflows to promote efficiency and best practices across business lines
Required qualifications
- 7 years of experience negotiating and managing complex commercial contracts
- Advanced-level contract drafting, review, and negotiation skills
- Experience negotiating high-value agreements with institutional or enterprise clients in multicultural environments
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of contract lifecycle management systems and workflow automation tools
- Experience evaluating or utilizing AI-enabled tools within legal operations or contract management
