Manager of Institutional Giving

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Institutional Giving to join their Development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, writing, and submission of institutional grant proposals and renewals
• Manage a rolling institutional proposal pipeline and support multi-year institutional partnerships
• Collaborate with senior leaders to translate strategic initiatives into funder-ready investment opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in institutional fundraising, grant writing, or development communications
• Demonstrated success in writing and managing foundation grants, preferably six- and seven-figure grants
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
• Experience using a CRM, preferably Salesforce, to manage pipelines and reporting
• Deep alignment with the organization's mission and commitment to equity and justice-centered philanthropy
