Manager of Institutional Giving

Job Summary

Seeking a highly organized and strategic Manager of Institutional Giving, the full-time remote position will develop grant proposals, manage cross-departmental projects, and enhance institutional fundraising efforts while leveraging AI tools to improve operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of grant proposals, funding narratives, and institutional fundraising materials
• Coordinate proposal and reporting workflows across departments, establishing timelines and accountability checkpoints
• Manage proposal, reporting, and compliance calendars while maintaining grant records and tracking systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 2-5+ years of experience in grant writing, institutional fundraising, or project management
• Demonstrated success managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Experience writing and reviewing persuasive proposals or donor communications
• Strong proficiency with CRM systems and AI-assisted work tools
