Manager of Integration Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Integration Operations & Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution of major integration-related initiatives and manage cross-functional efforts
• Own the operational performance of external data processing partners and establish accountability structures
• Design and implement scalable processes for partner communication and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Healthcare, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in operations, vendor management, or project execution in a data-driven environment
• Experience working with healthcare data, health plans, or carriers
• Proven ability to hold external partners accountable to SLAs and performance standards
• Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of SQL or similar data tools
